Develop a “companion to your craving” in order to drive deliveries, continue the innovative nature of the brand and increase the amount of time that customers spent engaging with the brand.


We created an order-and-delivery app that rewards loyal customers with gifts and treats. With the app, users could create custom assortments of doughnuts and save them as favorites for future delivery. The app also supported multiple payment and delivery options, as well as a gifting function. Lastly, the app allowed users to keep track of points collected via mobile and in-store transactions with a digital stamp card.


Less than a month after launch, the mobile platform is already a significant source of delivery sales.
