Mobile marketing is expecting its market to develop in 2009. As the use of cell phone expands, the third screen becomes the most attractive channel to exploit. However, both advertisers and consumers are in the middle of a learning process. The mobile phone has become one of the interactive mass media with the highest penetration in Argentina, while it is still at the stage of maturation. That is the reason why now cell phones are used mainly as means of interaction and not as means of communication.
