Objective

Boost Shakey’s existing delivery program by optimizing their mobile assets in order to increase customer awareness and familiarity with the service.

Approach

We designed a mobile site and app that enable users to effortlessly order Shakey’s pizza. Thanks to a user-friendly interface, visitors can easily customize their orders and keep track of their rewards on their digitized loyalty card. In order to boost awareness of the app among target users, we ran several campaigns including paid media to display ads for the app when users performed searches for competitors' websites or menus.

Results

Mobile now accounts for a significant portion of Shakey’s delivery sales.
